Gym & Fitness

Our gym includes the latest equipment and machinery such as cardio machines, weight benches, free weights and RPM bikes. Our experienced and friendly instructors are available to help you on the gym floor, as well as inspire and motivate you in the group fitness classes.

Pools & Swim School

Pool facilities: There is a hot tub, a lovely hot 40C for that relaxing soak, and a sauna, which can be heated to your requirements. Lap pool, leisure pool and why not have a go on the hydroslides, either try the "Rapids" or the "Flying Coaster".

The international-grade stadium has two indoor courts which can be used for basketball, netball, volleyball and badminton, as well as any other sporting codes that do not require specific line markings.

Casual session times allow casual users to make use of the stadium. Casual sessions can be done during our open hours however are subject to the courts being free from bookings.
