Is there a paper copy of the survey?

If you prefer to complete a paper copy of this Survey. You may collect a copy from the following places:

• Grey District Council Office- 105 Tainui Street, Greymouth. (Monday - Friday, between the hours 8.30am - 4.30pm)
• Greymouth Library - 8 Boundary Street, Greymouth. (Monday - Friday between the hours 9.30am - 5pm. Saturday - 9.30am - 12.30pm)
